Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
COIAssist ("we", "us") is currently in early access. This page explains what information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short on purpose. There isn't much to tell yet, and we'd rather be clear than long.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you give us. That's it. We don't ask for your name, company, or anything else at this stage. Our web host may also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance, as virtually every website does.
What we use it for
Your email is used to tell you about COIAssist's launch, give you access to early-access batches, and share the founding-member offer you signed up for. We may occasionally send product updates while we build. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from future messages.
What we don't do
We don't sell your email address. We don't rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We don't send spam, and we won't add you to lists you didn't ask for.
Who processes your data
Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, which handles the form on this site. The site itself is hosted by Hostinger. Both act as data processors on our behalf and have their own privacy commitments. If we run advertising campaigns, ad platforms (such as Google Ads) may use cookies to measure whether their ads led you here. See "Cookies" below.
Cookies
This site sets one first-party cookie from Google's advertising tag, used only to measure whether an ad click led to a signup. It doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for profiling. If you arrived through an ad, the advertising platform may have set a cookie to measure the campaign. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without affecting how this site works.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Depending on where you live (for example the EU under GDPR, or California under CCPA), these rights are backed by law. We apply them to everyone either way. Just email us.
Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete yours, or the waitlist becomes irrelevant (at which point remaining addresses are deleted). If you request deletion, it's processed within 30 days.
Changes
If COIAssist launches new features that change what data we handle (for example, processing insurance certificates for customers), we'll update this policy and note the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to the waitlist.
