Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the COIAssist website and waitlist during our early-access period. When the product itself launches, subscribers will receive full service terms before anything is charged.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. You're not buying anything, and we're not promising a launch date. We'll onboard people in batches and contact you by email when your turn comes.

The founding-member offer

Waitlist members who subscribe during early access get the founding price of $49/month, kept for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and return later, the then-current price applies. The public launch price ($69/month) and plan details may change before launch; the founding price for already-subscribed members won't.

Not insurance advice

COIAssist is a document management and tracking tool. It reports what insurance certificates say and when they expire. It does not provide insurance, legal, or professional advice, does not evaluate whether any coverage is adequate for your needs, and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance professional. Decisions based on information from COIAssist are your responsibility.

Accuracy

Our AI-based extraction is highly accurate but not infallible, and source documents are sometimes illegible or incomplete. Fields the system cannot read with confidence are flagged for human review rather than guessed. You should treat COIAssist as an assistant for your compliance process, not a guarantee of it.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to send unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, or misrepresent who you are. Fair-use limits on document processing (stated on the pricing page) exist to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone.

Intellectual property

The COIAssist name, logo, and site content belong to us. ACORD is a registered trademark of ACORD Corporation; COIAssist is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACORD.

Liability

This website and waitlist are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
